Nutcracker british Drum Major

These nutcrackers come from the factory of Kunstgewerbe-Werkstätten Olbernhau GmbH (KWO). They are hand made and naturally also hand painted.
The appearance of this nutcracker didn't
change since 1880. Traditional they are made as Kings,
Soldier, Gendarme as well as Horseman. A clear primed
form with glued arms, legs, feet and nose forms their look.
On a socket standing it obtaines a painting with
illuminating colors. The skirt is trimmed with ornaments.
